A student-to-student marketplace running across multiple universities.

Full ownership: mobile app, backend, university-specific admin panels and a super admin over all of them. On-demand and standardised services, a buy/sell marketplace, live chat during active orders, live tracking, OTP-based completion, contract signing on canvas with a signed PDF, wallet points, vouchers, worker hour tracking and country-specific compliance.

Built the full hiring ecosystem — candidate app, recruiter web app and a super admin panel. Jobs are browsed like Instagram reels, interviews run on an AI interview platform, and tech news is summarised in 60 words. Shipped with deep linking, in-app purchases, promotional ad slots and Razorpay checkout.

Built the platform end-to-end for a client, including the public website, organizer dashboard, admin panel, backend APIs, event registration, QR-based check-ins, AI-powered event planning, payment workflows, email automation, analytics, and production infrastructure. Designed to help tech communities manage their complete event lifecycle from discovery to attendance.

Daily student commute, tracked by parents and run by agencies.

Two mobile apps (parents, and agency owners/drivers) plus a super admin that verifies Aadhaar, PAN, GST, driving licences and vehicle documents through government verification APIs before approving drivers, students and agencies. Routes are optimised with cluster mapping and vans are tracked live.

Context: Joined the product engineering team to modernize the consumer-facing dairy commerce platform with a scalable, server-driven architecture and a redesigned mobile experience.
What I built: Leading the end-to-end redesign of the mobile application using modern UI/UX principles and GenAI-assisted design workflows. Building a fully dynamic, server-driven UI system that enables remote configuration of layouts, components, product experiences, and feature rollouts without requiring app updates. Developing and delivering the application module by module while improving performance, maintainability, and scalability.
Outcome: Transforming the platform into a future-ready commerce application with faster feature delivery, flexible UI customization, reduced release dependency, and a significantly improved customer experience across Android and iOS.

ProCohat Technologies

Software Engineer — Mobile

Context: Promoted from Flutter Developer Intern to Software Engineer, taking ownership of production-grade mobile applications, R&D initiatives, enterprise solutions, and client delivery across multiple domains.
What I built: Led the development of cross-platform Flutter applications, engineered enterprise billing solutions with SAP integration, built AI-powered prototypes including a voice assistant for the Shark Tank-backed product 'Memotag', modernized legacy healthcare applications, migrated data from PHP to PostgreSQL, developed multilingual applications, and delivered production-ready mobile products using Clean Architecture, Bloc, and Firebase.
Outcome: Successfully delivered multiple enterprise and client applications, reduced development timelines through AI-assisted workflows, improved application stability and maintainability, enabled multilingual experiences, streamlined backend data migration, and contributed to stronger engineering practices by conducting Git & GitHub training sessions across the team.
